All Drawings

This checklist pertains to all drawings throughout set.

  1. Title Block
    1. Project Number (same as Project Manual).
    2. Date (same as Project Manual).
    3. Drawn (use surname only).
    4. Checked (use surname only).
    5. Revision (if any).
    6. Federal or State Project Number.
    7. Associated Architects (if any).
    8. Stamp of Principal on all Sheets of the Architectural Drawings and the Cover or
    9. Title Sheet of the Project Manual. Signature of the Principal on first Sheet of Drawings and first Sheet of Project Manual.
    10. Project Title and Location
    11. Sheet Title in Lower portion of Title Block just above Sheet number portion. Individual Sheet titles shall agree with Index.
    12. Individual Sheet Numbers (consecutively numbered)
    13. Number of Total Sheets

  1. Indication of North (refer to Graphic Symbols). Place on all plan views including Site, Survey, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Landscaping, etc. (Lower right-hand comer of Sheet, if possible).

  2. Alternate bids dearly defined and coordinate with Project Manual "Form of Proposal."

  3. Consultants' stamps, identification blocks, -etc., in lower right hand corner of Sheet.

  4. Other stamps required by governing authorities in lower left-hand corner of first sheet.
