Note: All penetrations through or on the roofing membrane must be detailed in accordance with the "National Roofing Contractors Association" recommendations. For additional information in regard to Flashings, Scuppers through Parapets, etc., refer to "SMACNA'' Architectural Sheet Metal Manual.

Checklist

1. Scuppers through Parapets and Gravel Stops.
2. Expansion Joints and Area Dividers.
3. Sign Supports.
4. Roof Relief Vents.
5. Boiler Stacks, Hot Water Heater Flues.
6. Curbs, Platforms, Supports or Stands for Air Handling Units, Condenser Units, Exhaust Fans, Roof Hatches, Skylights, etc.
   1. Coordinate closely with the type of mechanical and electrical equipment to be used.
7. Structural Members penetrating roofing system.
8. Pipe Roller Supports for horizontal piping.
9. Insulated and non-insulated Pipe Penetrations and Conduit Penetrations.
10. Roof Drains.
    1. Coordinate with Section 15400 of Project Manual
11. Lighting Protection Details - Coordinate with Consultants Drawings.
12. Racks for Condensing Units for Food Service Equipment Cooler and Freezer.
    1. Coordinate with Consultants Drawings
13. Walkway Protection Boards and Concrete Paver Details.
14. T.V. Antennas and Communication Equipment.
15. Ductwork, Supports for Ductwork and Curbs for Supports.
    1. Coordinate with HVAC Drawings and Division 15 of the Project Manual.
16. Window Washing Equipment Supports.
17. Splash Blocks or Metal Pans, Ladders, Ect.
