Miscellaneous Reference Designation

1. Miscellaneous Reference Designations should be used when items appearing on Floor Plans, Elevations, etc. are repetitive and of an unusual nature such as:
   1. Items which are not in the construction contract but must be shown for location of other items which are in the construction contract such as Furniture, pieces of Machinery, etc. (These items should be shown as dashed lines.)
   2. Items which may be furnished by the Owner and installed under the construction contract.
   3. Items which may be furnished under the construction contract and installed by the Owner, etc.

1. Each item should be fully described, assigned a number, and listed under an applicable heading.
