  1. Column Reference Grids.
    1. Coordinate with Architectural Floor Plans.
  2. Indication of North.
  3. "Drawing Title Designation" on all Plans, Sections, and Details.
  4. "Section Designations."
  5. Pile Cap Locations, number of piles per cap, cap details, and elevation of pile caps.
    1. Indicate reinforcing and depth of Pile Caps.
    2. Clarify orientation of Pile Caps.
  6. Relation of pile caps to finish floor slab elevation.
  7. Dimensions -overall, intermediate, location of piles in a cluster.
    1. Coordinate with Architectural Drawings.
  8. Elevator, escalator, sump pits, etc.
    1. Waterproofing.
  9. General Notes
    1. Use "Specification References."
    2. Coordinate General Notes with Project Manual information.
    3. List design loads.
  10. Exterior light pole foundations.
    1. Coordinate with Lighting Drawings.
  11. Exterior equipment pads.
    1. Transformers.
    2. Condensers and Chillers.
    3. Emergency Generators.
    4. Underground Storage Tanks.
    5. Oxygen Storage.
  12. Coordinate finish grades on Grading Plans with depth of exterior grade beams (for coverage.)
  13. Foundation sections should reflect paving adjacent to exterior grade beams with reference to Paving Plans, etc.
  14. Indicate "offsets" or depressions for exterior or interior door sill conditions.
  15. Indicate depth and extent of depressions in slabs for Quarry Title, Ceramic Tile, Cooler, Freezer Floors, Trenches, etc.
  16. Indicate finish floor elevations to agree with other Drawings.
