Checklist

  1. Room Finish Key (A, B, etc.).

  2. Floor Finish.

  3. Base Finish.

  4. Wall Finish.

  5. Ceiling Finish.

  6. Remarks (Remarks should be placed below "Short Form" Finish Schedule).

  7. Portions "not to be painted."

  8. Type of Paint for Walls (Flat, Semi-gloss, Gloss, Natural or Stained Finish) if more than one is used and Project Manual does not designate locations of each.

  9. Ceiling height if not shown on Floor Plans as part of "Room Designation."

  10. Room numbers on Plans should be consecutive in some type of orderly manner.

  11. All areas should have designations, that is, vestibules small areas attached to larger areas, etc.

  12. When corridors meet a cross corridor or change direction, assign a new "Room Designation" for that corridor.
