6. Future Additions
7. Grades at Building.
8. Existing Point Elevations or Contours (if not shown on separate Survey Sheet or -Grading Plan Sheet).
9. New Point Elevation or Contours (if not shown on separate Grading Plan
10. Dimensions in relation to existing Buildings.
11. Dimensions of projections beyond Building such as steps, canopies, etc.
12. Easements/servitudes (if not shown on separate Survey Sheet).
13. Paving:
    1. Existing Paving- indicate surface material
14. New Paving, Parking, Parking Bumpers, Walks, Platforms, Steps, Drives, Paths, Terraces, Signs, Flagpoles, Playfields, Playground Equipment, Outdoor Drinking Fountains, Benches, etc.
15. Fences, Retaining Walls, Areaways, Pools.
16. Existing structures, trees, shrubs to remain or be removed.
17. Structures to be relocated.
18. Underground voids to be filled.
19. Storm Drainage and Catch Basins including road drainage.

Note: Include names, addresses, phone numbers, and representative if possible of the Utility Companies involved in the Project such as Water Company, Power Company, Telephone Company, Gas Company, etc. This information may be reflected on the Mechanical Site Plan in lieu of the Architectural Site Plan. In lieu of the above it may appear on the Utility Survey Sheet or both.
