Checklist
- Property Lines.
- Property Location, Lot and Block Number, etc.
- Property Line Angles, Dimensions, Markers, etc. (if not shown on separate Site Survey).
- Building Location ( dimension from existing buildings or from property lines).
- Finished Ground Floor Elevation.
- Future Additions
- Grades at Building.
- Existing Point Elevations or Contours (if not shown on separate Survey Sheet or -Grading Plan Sheet).
- New Point Elevation or Contours (if not shown on separate Grading Plan
- Dimensions in relation to existing Buildings.
- Dimensions of projections beyond Building such as steps, canopies, etc.
- Easements/servitudes (if not shown on separate Survey Sheet).
- Paving:
- Existing Paving- indicate surface material
- New Paving, Parking, Parking Bumpers, Walks, Platforms, Steps, Drives, Paths, Terraces, Signs, Flagpoles, Playfields, Playground Equipment, Outdoor Drinking Fountains, Benches, etc.
- Fences, Retaining Walls, Areaways, Pools.
- Existing structures, trees, shrubs to remain or be removed.
- Structures to be relocated.
- Underground voids to be filled.
- Storm Drainage and Catch Basins including road drainage.
- Contract limits indicated.
- Work not included in contract
- Footing Drains.
- Datum, Bench Marks, etc. (if not shown on separate Survey Sheet).
- Utilities: Sewers, Water, Electricity; Telephone, Gas, Hydrants, Sewage Disposal.
- Details of construction of site contract items (if room permits).
- Check for drive, curb (construction and elevations), and sidewalk construction dictated by governing authorities.
- Landscaping (if not shown on separate Landscaping Sheet).
- Temporary Fences and Gates, Toilets and Shacks.
- Staging Areas.
- Street Names.
- Indication of North.
- Expansion and dummy joints in Platforms, Walks, etc. (if not shown elsewhere).
- Servitudes Access Servitudes or Utility Servitudes not appearing on "Site Survey."
- Zoning Setbacks.
Note: Include names, addresses, phone numbers, and representative if possible of the Utility Companies involved in the Project such as Water Company, Power Company, Telephone Company, Gas Company, etc. This information may be reflected on the Mechanical Site Plan in lieu of the Architectural Site Plan. In lieu of the above it may appear on the Utility Survey Sheet or both.
