Checklist
Building outline taken at ground level.
Drives and Parking with dimensions and radii.
Catch Basins, Manholes, etc. with type indicated.
All invert Elevations of catch basins, manholes, etc.
Pipe sizes and percentage of fall.
Curbs
Sidewalks
Wheel Stops
Painted Lines - give width and color (if lines are not used to designate parking spaces, list the number of spaces for agency review). For projects in Jefferson Parish, the actual calculations showing the number of parking spaces must be on the Paving or Site Plan.
Handicapped Parking, Ramps, and Signs.
Directional Signs.
Names painted on Wheel Guards.
Finish Grade Elevations. Do not drain to adjacent property.
Drainage for Roof Drains.
General Site Layout with Drainage Canals, etc.
Indication of North.
Check all Dimensions.
Coordinate finished grades of earth and paving on Grading Plan with those shown on Exterior Wall Sections and Exterior Door Frame Details, especially at Sill Conditions.
Sealer or Sealant - indicate where each one is required.
