Checklist

1. Enlarged plan view (Horizontal Section) of shafts, pits and machine rooms at 3/8" scale minimum fully dimensioned and construction indicated. Indicate pit and hoistway dimensions.
2. Column Reference Grids on Enlarged Plans and Sections.
3. Indication of North on all Enlarged Plans.
4. Section or sections through shaft
   1. Indicate "Section Designations" on Enlarged Plans.
5. Head, Jamb and Sill Details
   1. Referenced from Sections.
6. Supports for Guide Rails.
7. Elevator Pit Sumps.
8. Coordinate Voltage with Electrical.
9. Detail Special Cabs.
10. Ladders for Pit - Check elevator codes.
11. Waterproofing for Pit - on inside or outside.
12. Access doors and panels to hoistways, pits, machine rooms, etc. - Check codes.
13. Transom Panel Details if not "stock" items.
14. Ventilation locations if possible - Check codes.
15. Fire Rating Requirements of shaft enclosure.
16. Handicapped considerations.
17. "Drawing Title Designation" on all Enlarged Plans, or Sections, etc.
18. Coordinate closely with Project Manual as to the function, accessories, etc.
19. Coordinate items in Elevator Section 14200 of Project Manual with Electrical Division 16.
