Roof Plan - Mechanical

    1. Coordinate with Architectural Floor Plan.
    2. Layout shall agree with Architectural Drawings.
  2. Indication of North.
  3. "Drawing Title Designation" for Roof Plan.
  4. Reference items on Roof Plan to the details of these items appearing on other sheets.
  5. Column Reference Grids.
    1. Coordinate with Architectural Roof Plan.
  6. Roof Drain Locations.
    1. To agree with Architectural Roof Plan and Structural Framing Plans.
    2. Coordinate roof drain leaders with Structural Framing Plans.
  7. Roof ventilators, exhaust fans, air-conditioning units, fresh air intakes.
  8. Exposed Piping.
  9. Exposed Ductwork.
  10. All roof penetrations or items above roof will be detailed by the Architect. Cut sheets of equipment must be furnished by the Engineer. Items must be specified without curbs or supports. These will be detailed on the "Roof Details" sheet and must be referred to from the Mechanical Roof Plan.
  11. Place Pictorial Views of Equipment on the Working Drawings.
