Note Planting Plan may be apart of or a separate plan from Landscaping.

Checklist

  1. Image of building and site shall match Architectural.

  2. Plant material located and scheduled.

  3. Concrete pads, walks, paving, planters, associated with Landscaping should be fully detailed.

  4. Benches and Trash Receptacles.

  5. Fountains and Pools.

  6. Exterior Signage.

  7. Staking of trees and shrubs.

  8. Seeding and sodding.

  9. Berms and grading associates with Landscaping.

  10. Irrigation System:

    1. Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical Consultants.

  11. Tree Guards.

  12. Indication of North on all plans.

  13. Coordinate plant material locations with Utility Plans.

  14. Coordinate plant material locations with gas meters, power poles, grease traps, etc.

  15. Coordinate drawing with Project Manual.
